How to turn on the device and enter Bluetooth Mode<\/strong><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">For the app to communicate with the PLR System Wellness, it is important to turn on the device correctly and put it in <strong>Bluetooth Mode<\/strong>:<\/p><p><strong>2.1 \u2013 Turn on and enter PROGRAMMING<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Press and hold the green button until \u201cPROGRAMMING\u201d appears on the display.<\/li><li>When \u201cPROGRAMMING\u201d appears, release the button.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>2.2 \u2013 Enter Bluetooth Mode<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>After \u201c<strong>PROGRAMMING<\/strong>\u201d, the display will show the message \u201c<strong>Bluetooth?<\/strong>\u201d.<ul><li class=\" translation-block\">When \u201c<strong>Bluetooth<\/strong>?\u201d appears, <strong>press the button once more for 2 seconds and check whether a blue light is blinking on the side of the device (this indicates that the PLR is in programming mode)<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li class=\" translation-block\">The device will enter \u201c<strong>Bluetooth Mode<\/strong>\u201d, allowing communication with the app.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>2.3 \u2013 Attention:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li class=\" translation-block\">If the smartphone is not in <strong>Bluetooth Mode<\/strong>, the app may <strong>not be able<\/strong> to update information, read credits, or send programs.<\/li><li class=\" translation-block\">You <strong>do not need to pair<\/strong> the PLR with your smartphone, as it connects automatically.<\/li><li>Just:<ul><li class=\" translation-block\">Keep the <strong>phone\u2019s Bluetooth turned on<\/strong>,<\/li><li>Turn on the PLR,<\/li><li class=\" translation-block\">Enter <strong>Bluetooth Mode<\/strong> on the device display,<\/li><li>And then open the app to use the functions (update, send applications, add credits, etc.).<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f0b8f5b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f0b8f5b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>3. If an error message or communication failure appears<\/strong><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">At certain times, a <strong>communication error<\/strong> may occur between the app and the device (for example, when updating information, redeeming credits, or sending a program).<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">When this happens, <strong>do not try to repeat the same command immediately<\/strong> (for example, do not tap \u201cSend to device\u201d again for the same program).<\/p><p>The correct procedure is:<\/p><p><strong>8.1 \u2013 Turn off the PLR device<\/strong><\/p><ul><li class=\" translation-block\">Use the device\u2019s own button or the \u201c<strong>Turn off<\/strong>\u201d option in the app (when available).<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>8.2 \u2013 Completely close the app on the phone<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Exit the app and remove it from the recent apps list to ensure it is fully closed.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>8.3 \u2013 Wait a few seconds<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Wait 5 to 10 seconds with the device turned off and the app closed.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>8.4 \u2013 Turn the PLR device back on<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Make sure the phone\u2019s Bluetooth is turned on.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>8.5 \u2013 Open the PLR System Wellness app again<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Go back to the main screen.<\/li><li>V\u00e1 em <strong>Device information<\/strong> (\u2139\ufe0f) e toque em \u201c<strong>Atualizar informa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>\u201d para reconstruir a conex\u00e3o.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>8.6 \u2013 Repeat the process that failed<\/strong><\/p><ul><li class=\" translation-block\">If the error occurred while sending a program, <strong>prepare it again<\/strong> <strong>in the app<\/strong> and only then tap \u201c<strong>Send to device<\/strong>\u201d.<\/li><li>If it happened while redeeming credits or updating data, repeat the process from scratch after reconnecting.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\" translation-block\"><strong>Summary<\/strong>: if an error occurs, always <strong>restart the device and the app before trying again<\/strong>.
