The Aquera Player is the official SpaVitatech app for accessing your personalized sound therapies. Designed with a focus on well-being, it offers an intuitive, accessible, and highly effective experience.
In this guide, you’ll learn how to use the app from start to finish, from first access to optimal listening of your therapy.
1. Requirements
To access Aquera Player, you must have an account on the SpaVitatech Shop and have purchased any Aquera therapy through the store.
Devices
The app is compatible with Android smartphones and also with iPhones. See below for the supported versions:
- Android 8 or later;
- iPhone 7 or later;
You also need Bluetooth headphones or wired headphones with the following (minimum) specifications:
- Frequency range between 20Hz and 20Khz
2. How to access Aquera Player
Aquera Player is available for free on Android and iPhone smartphones.
Download it directly from the official app stores:
- Andoid: Google Play
- iPhone: Apple Store
Getting started:
- Log in using your registered email with SpaVitatech
- Choose your preferred language in Settings
3. Home Screen: Overview
Once you access the app, you’ll see 4 main options:
- Therapies – your sound therapies
- Recorder – voice frequency recorder
- Reports – therapeutic reports (when enabled)
- Support – direct channel with SpaVitatech support
4. How to listen to your therapies
On the Therapies screen, you will see the list of your available therapies.
For each therapy, you can choose between two listening modes:
- Headphones: to listen with headphones
- Speaker: option for specific sound systems
Important recommendations:
- Use high-quality headphones, with the correct sides (L = Left, R = Right)
- Prefer calm and quiet environments
- Avoid using your phone, walking, or watching TV during the session
- Listen until the end of the cycle to get the full benefits
5. Using the recorder (if enabled)
The recording feature becomes available when requested by the therapeutic team or when a new therapy is purchased from SpaVitatech’s store.
To record:
- Go to the Recorder tab
- Start the recording (microphone icon)
- Speak normally as the circle progresses
- Finish or wait for automatic ending
This recording of the frequencies of your voice is used to generate your new personalized therapy. No spoken content is stored — only the frequencies.
6. Reports
When available, here you can view reports related to the analysis of your voice frequencies done by Aquera.
7. Support
Access SpaVitatech support directly if you need any help using the app.
Tips for Better Results
- Prefer calm times of the day (upon waking, before sleeping, or after meals)
- Always use recommended headphones or speakers
- Do the therapy with your eyes closed and in a relaxed state
- If you feel sleepy or deeply relaxed, it’s a sign of a positive response

Having trouble?
To access Aquera Player, on the login screen you must use the same credentials as your SpaVitatech Store account — that is, your email and password.
If you don’t remember your password, click on “Forgot your password?” (below the login button) and follow the instructions to reset it in under a minute.
To access the therapy player, you must have a headphone or speaker connected via cable or Bluetooth.
Bluetooth Connection No issues have been reported with Bluetooth connections.
Wired Connection
- Make sure the cable is properly connected
- Test the sound in another app to ensure the audio is playing
- If you're using an audio adapter on your headphone cable, ensure it's original — this is essential not only for functionality but also for optimal audio quality during therapy.
Important: To ensure the issue is with Aquera Player, try playing a YouTube video or music on your phone and check if your headphones are working properly.
