Aquera Player made easy

The Aquera Player is the official SpaVitatech app for accessing your personalized sound therapies. Designed with a focus on well-being, it offers an intuitive, accessible, and highly effective experience.

In this guide, you’ll learn how to use the app from start to finish, from first access to optimal listening of your therapy.

📥 Installation

Open the Play Store / App Store and search for “Aquera Player” → Install / Open.

On first launch, allow the system requests:

  • 🎙️ Microphone → Required to record voice frequencies.
  • 📶 Nearby devices / Bluetooth → Recommended to connect headphones or speaker.
  • 🔔 Notifications → Optional; helps you receive important alerts.

Sign in with your registered email and password.

🔐 Login Screen

When you open the app, you’ll see two fields:

  • Your email
  • Your password

After filling in, tap Sign In.

⚠️ Possible Error Messages

1. “Invalid Login”

This message appears when the email or password is incorrect.

What to do:

  • Check that you entered the email and password correctly.
  • Pay attention to uppercase/lowercase letters, spaces, and punctuation.
  • If you forgot your password, tap “Forgot your password?” and follow the instructions.

🕒 Important: tap the reset button only once and wait for the recovery email.
Clicking multiple times can generate multiple emails and cause confusion about which link is valid.

📩 O e-mail pode levar até 2 minutos para chegar. Verifique também:

  • Spam/Junk folder;
  • Email filters that move automated messages.

2. “Error logging in”

This message indicates no internet connection or an unstable network.

How to fix:

  • Check if Wi-Fi or mobile data are active.
  • Try opening another app (e.g., YouTube) to confirm the connection.
  • If you use a VPN, try disabling it.
  • Restart the app and try again.

🧭 Home Screen: App Overview

Once you access the app, you’ll see 4 main options:

  • Therapiesyour sound therapies
  • Recordervoice frequency recorder (this button only appears when enabled)
  • Reportstherapeutic reports
  • Suportecanal direto com o suporte SpaVitatech

     

👤 Access to Profile and Settings

By tapping your name at the top of the screen, you will find:

  • My Account – displays your personal and registration information.
  • Configurações – exibe os itens:

Language

Select Português / Español / English.

Therapy Settings

  • Validate Audio Output (recommended) Active ⇒ the app only works with original/approved adapters (prevents failures with generic adapters for wired headphones).
  • Therapies with Headphones Shows/hides the “Headphones” button in therapies.
  • Therapies with Speaker (lowfrequency) Shows/hides the “Speaker” button in therapies.
  • Enable visual effects when recording frequencies Displays, in real time, the frequencies captured during voice recording.

Restore Default Settings

Resets to the recommended default:
Validator ON, Headphones ON, Speaker OFF, Visual Effects ON..

*Quick tips

  1. If the Player does not open, check that the Validator is ON and that you are using an original adapter (for wired headphones).
  2. If you do not use a speaker, leave this option off to keep the Therapies screen simpler.
  3. Changed the language and it did not apply? Close and reopen the app.
  • Log out – securely ends your session (logout).

🎧 “Therapies” Section

When you tap Therapies, the screen with your available sessions opens.

At the top, there is a headphone connection indicator:

🟢Verde: fones ou caixa de som conectados corretamente.

🔴 Vermelho: nenhum dispositivo de áudio detectado.

ℹ️ Therapy Information (“?” icon)

When you tap the “?” icon, you’ll see details about the playback types

Important: the app only recognizes original or certified headphone adapters. Generic adapters may work in other apps, but are not compatible with Aquera Player.

Therapies are shown in three categories:

  • Processing: still being prepared for playback.
  • Active: ready to listen, with the options Headphones or Speaker.
  • Concluídas: sessões finalizadas, com o ícone 🎵 indicando término.

▶️ Player (play your therapy)

Quando abre: o Reprodutor só é acessado se houver um dispositivo de áudio conectado (🟢 indicador verde em Terapias).
Sem conexão (🔴), permaneça na tela anterior e conecte fones ou caixa de som.

What you see on the screen

  • [?] Info (top-right corner): opens quick tips about safe use and the Repeat feature.
  • Time Remaining (large number in the center).
  • Session name and Audio X of Y (e.g., Audio 1 of 96).
  • Progress bar and time markers (start/end of the segment).
  • Play/Pause button (center).
  • Repeat button (looping arrows, bottom-right): turns continuous mode on/off.

How to use (step by step)

  • Adjust the phone and headphone/speaker volume.
  • Toque em Play ▶️ para iniciar.
  • Toque em Pause ⏸️ para interromper temporariamente.
  • Toque no Repeat 🔁 para repetir continuamente a terapia; toque novamente para desativar.

Use [?] to read brief instructions about audio quality and Repeat.

Quality tips

  • Prefer good-quality over-ear headphones; avoid equalizers/“enhancers” that alter frequencies.
  • Turn on Do Not Disturb to avoid notifications during the session.

If it doesn’t play:

  • Confirme o indicador 🟢 em Terapias.
  • Disconnect and reconnect Bluetooth (or try wired headphones).
  • Close and reopen the app; check volume and audio permissions.
  • Update the app in the store.

Ethical note: Aquera does not diagnose or replace medical treatment. Use is integrative, focusing on body–mind balance.

🎙️ Recorder (voice frequencies)

Prerequisites

Online connection: the recorder only works with an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data).

Permissions: during installation, allow Microphone (and any other requested permissions).

If the microphone was denied, recording will fail. Fix it in phone Settings → Apps → Aquera Player → Permissions → Microphone (Allow). Another option, if this happens, is to uninstall and reinstall Aquera Player accepting the suggested permissions.

Note: the Recorder button appears only when it’s enabled for your account.

How to record (step by step)

  1. Open the Recorder tab.
  2. Tap the microphone icon to Start.
  3. Speak normally, with the microphone close to your mouth (15–20 cm), and watch the progress circle advance.
  4. You can Pause ⏸️ and Resume ▶️ if needed.
  5. Finish by tapping End or wait for automatic completion.
  6. Upon completion, the message “Voice frequencies captured successfully.” appears.

⏱️ Typical duration: 5–6 minutes on current smartphones.

What to say (for better analysis)

Tap [?] Information (top-right corner) to see the suggestions. In short:

  • Life memories: narrate old memories up to today.
  • Different phases: describe different phases (childhood, adolescence, adulthood).
  • Emotions: comment on how emotions have affected your daily life.

Privacy: Aquera does not record the content of what you say; it only captures the acoustic characteristics (frequencies) of your voice to generate the personalized therapy.

Good capture practices

  • Quiet environment, with no one else speaking nearby.
  • Avoid recording in echoey places.
  • Speak in a natural tone, neither whispering nor shouting, and do not sing.
  • Disable your phone’s audio equalizers/enhancers.
  • Turn on Do Not Disturb to avoid interruptions.

If an error appears (quick checklist)

  • “Error starting/pausing” or it won’t record → Check internet and microphone permission.
  • Progress not advancing → Close other apps using the microphone (calls, recorders, social networks) and restart Aquera Player.
  • No audio captured → Bring the device closer to your mouth and speak continuously; confirm that no headset is set as the default microphone.
  • Missing permission prompt → Go to Settings → Apps → Aquera Player → Permissions → Microphone (Allow) and reopen the app.
  • No internet → Enable Wi-Fi/data, test another app (e.g., browser), and try again.

📊 Reports

When available, this section shows the reports generated from your voice recordings in Aquera. On the first screen you’ll see cards by date (e.g., 25/08/2025). Tap a card to open the corresponding report.

What you find in the report

Reports may include panels such as:

  • Personal Frequency (Hz)
  • Body Energy
  • Stress Level
  • Constructive vs. Restrictive Emotions
  • Brain Processes (L/R)
  • Chakra Report (when applicable)

Each panel has an info button [i] in the corner: → Tap [i] to see what the chart means and how to interpret that indicator.

How to navigate

  • Reports → tap the card for the date you want to review.
  • Scroll to view the panels (charts, bars, indicators).
  • Tap [i] whenever you need an explanation about the panel.
  • Use Voltar ◀ para retornar à lista de relatórios.

Important notes

  • Reports reflect acoustic voice patterns and do not constitute a medical diagnosis.
  • Use them as complementary guidance for your self-care practice and to adjust therapy use.
  • For questions about the results, consult your professional/therapist or SpaVitatech Support via the app.

If something doesn’t show up

  • Confirm that there are recent completed recordings.
  • Check your internet and reopen the app.
  • Update Aquera Player in the app store.

Having trouble?

To access Aquera Player, on the login screen you must use the same credentials as your SpaVitatech Store account — that is, your email and password.

If you don’t remember your password, click on “Forgot your password?” (below the login button) and follow the instructions to reset it in under a minute.

To access the therapy player, you must have a headphone or speaker connected via cable or Bluetooth.

Bluetooth Connection No issues have been reported with Bluetooth connections.

Wired Connection

  • Make sure the cable is properly connected
  • Test the sound in another app to ensure the audio is playing
  • If you're using an audio adapter on your headphone cable, ensure it's original — this is essential not only for functionality but also for optimal audio quality during therapy.

Important: To ensure the issue is with Aquera Player, try playing a YouTube video or music on your phone and check if your headphones are working properly.
