Headphone Test

Aquera Therapy is an advanced technology that uses voice analysis to identify emotional patterns and instruct the brain to communicate more effectively with the body, especially the immune system. This is possible because the information sent by the brain to the body — particularly those related to emotional balance and self-defense — passes through structures near the vocal cords, such as the lymphatic system.

Through this voice analysis, the Aquera system identifies emotional blockages and overloads and generates extremely precise sound frequencies, capable of stimulating the brain to restore internal communication and activate the natural mechanisms of balance and self-healing.

For this to work fully, it is essential that the sound frequencies reach both sides of the brain correctly and precisely. And this process directly depends on the quality of the headphones used.

Why Does the Choice of Headphones Influence the Therapy So Much?

Aquera Therapy uses frequencies below 20 Hz and above 20,000 Hz — ranges that we cannot hear but that the brain can capture and interpret.

These frequencies need to be delivered binaurally (to the right and left sides of the brain) with high fidelity.

If the headphones are reversed, faulty, or of low quality, the brain may not receive the correct stimulus, compromising the session’s effectiveness.

How to Test if Your Headphones Are Working Properly

1: Check if the Headphones Are Stereo

Stereo headphones have separate channels for the right (R) and left (L) sides, which is essential for Aquera therapy, as the frequencies are directed to each brain hemisphere.

How to test:

1 – Use a stereo test video on YouTube:

Search for “stereo sound test” on YouTube. A reliable example is this video, which alternates sounds between the right and left channels. Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6TWJaFD6JyI

Put on the headphones and play the video.

The video will clearly indicate when the sound is on the left (L) or right (R) channel. For example, you will hear a voice saying “left” only in the left headphone and “right” only in the right one.

2 – Confirm channel separation:

If you hear the sound “left” only in the left headphone and “right” only in the right one, your headphones are stereo.

If the sound is heard in both sides simultaneously or there is no clear distinction, your headphones may be mono or defective.

Tip: Avoid generic or very cheap headphones, as they may not be stereo or may have poor channel separation quality.

2. Check Adapters

If your device does not have a P2 (3.5 mm) input and you use a USB-C or Lightning adapter, the quality of the adapter is crucial.

How to ensure quality:

Use original or certified adapters: Generic or low-quality adapters can cause noise, signal loss, or distortions, compromising Aquera frequencies.

Test the adapter:

Connect the headphones to the device with the adapter and play the stereo test video.

Ensure that the right and left channels are clear and without interference.

If there is noise or loss of quality, replace the adapter with an original or certified one.

Attention: Low-quality adapters can limit Aquera Player’s ability to reproduce extreme frequencies, reducing therapy effectiveness.

3. Wired or Wireless Headphones? Can You Use Bluetooth?

Yes, it is possible to perform therapy with good-quality Bluetooth headphones, provided that:

They have updated firmware.

They do not have noticeable audio delay (latency).

They use modern Bluetooth technology (version 5.0 or higher).

Important: Wired headphones are still the ideal option, as they deliver the signal more accurately, without compression.
But we understand that many prefer wireless use, and with good equipment, it is still possible to achieve great results.

Sound therapy with Aquera technology depends on stereo headphones, of good quality and properly configured, to ensure the precise delivery of frequencies that stimulate the brain and the immune system. Testing your headphones with stereo test videos, checking the right and left sides, using original adapters, and properly configuring Aquera Player are essential steps for therapy success.
